William Dean "Eddie" Barnes

Obituary
William Dean “Eddie” Barnes, 60, a resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Saturday April 28, 2012 in a Cleveland hospital. Eddie is a lifelong resident of Cleveland and was born on June 22, 1951. He is the son of the late Jim and Beulah Barnes of Cleveland. Eddie was a mechanic in the automotive industry and of the Baptist faith. Eddie is known for his love of wrestling and animals. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and was a caring and loving father, spouse, and sibling.
In addition to his mother and father, Eddie is preceded in death by three brothers: Berlin, Kenneth, and Hughie Cooley. He is also preceded in death by one son, David Dewayne Beavers.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Evelyn Marie Barnes. Eddie is survived by one son, James Edward Barnes Sr. (Rebecca) and one daughter, “Angela Hile (John) of Crystal River, FL. Also, he is survived by four sisters: Ginger Martin (J.R.), Linda Barnes, Brenda Brown of Donville, GA, Shirley Tinsley of Dalton, GA. He is also survived by five grandchildren: James Edward Barnes JR, Renesmee Charlie Barnes, Marcus, Nathan, and Madison Hile of Crystal River, FL and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Junior Martin, Bruce Pierce, Willie Johnson, Charles Prince, Michael Wilson, and Bobby Johnson Jr. will serve as Pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at on Tuesday May 1, 2012 at Companion Funeral & Cremation Service from 6:00-8:00pm with a brief memorial service following.
