Obituary

Robert J. “Bobby” Davis Jr., 62, a resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Friday, January 31st, 2014. Bobby was born in Reliance, TN on July 15, 1951 a son of the late Effie Welch and R. J. Davis. In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by his grandparents William and Maggie Davis and Clarence and Dahlia McKenzie and one brother Robert James Davis.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory two sons Robert James Davis III and Billy Daniel Davis, five sisters Barbara Ponder, Carolyn Dilbeck, Debra Davis, Vivian Davis and Crystal Barner, one brother Tommy Davis and two grandchildren Desiree Davis and Gaven Davis. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, numerous other extended family members and a host of friends.

A visitation will be held on Monday night, February 3rd, 2014 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM in the parlor of Companion Funeral Home located at 2415 Georgetown Road NW in Cleveland, TN.
