Linda Smith

Linda Faye Smith, 74, of Cleveland, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2023. She was born on December 29, 1948, in Homestead, Florida to the late Carl Goodwin and Marie Pell. Linda loved the Lord, Jail Ministry, and Anchor Point.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Rev. Frank Goodwin; and her daughter, Tina Burns.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children, Wendy Hembree, and Joey Hicks; brother, Tom Goodwin; her sisters, Brenda Hughes, and Carlene Dodson; and her grandchildren, Joseph Hicks, Matthew Hicks, Givanni Hicks, and Isaiah White; along with a host of extended family, and friends.

A celebration of life service will be held on Friday, November 17, 2023, at 6:00 pm at Companion Funeral Home of Cleveland with Pastor Russ Coffey officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm prior to the service.
