Vickie Lynn Picard

Vickie Lynn Picard, 70 of Cleveland, TN formerly of Canyon Lake, TX. Born June 16, 1950 passed away July 22, 2020 at Life Care Center of Crossville, TN after a valiant battle with Alzheimers. She was also a breast cancer survivor. Vickie was a 1968 graduate of Milby High School in Houston, TX. She attended Westwood Baptist Church in Cleveland. She was also a member of the Cleveland Emmaus Community and the Lily Pads Reunion group
Preceded in death by her parents Fred and Ramona Schultz and sister Cathy Chambers. Left to cherish her memory are her brother (Fred) Ricky Schultz, his wife Penny and their children Josh Muncey, Shawna Schultz and son Toby and Samantha and Ben Harrington. Son Marcellus (Eryn) and grandsons Tristan and Sawyer Picard. Brother-in-law Dennis Chambers and his sons Rafe (Daisi) and Trace (Kate) and their children.
Fred, Penny and Josh would like to express their heartfelt thanks to Brookdale Mt. Vernon and Life Care Center of Crossville for their loving care of Vickie. Vickie loved attending Sunday School and church at Westwood and enjoyed and loved her church family. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made to either The American Cancer Society, Westwood Baptist Church or The Alzheimers Association in Vickie's memory.
