Teresa Ann Duckett, 49, passed away on Monday May 18, 2015 in a local hospital. She was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga, Tennessee.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joyce & Jr. Duckett and brother Bobby Hayes.

She is survived by her sister Robin Duckett, brothers Terry Duckett and Steve Duckett, and sister Darlene Hayes. Her special friend Jack Green, her beloved dog, Cooper, and special son Jody Green. Several nieces and nephews and special nephew Chase Heiston.
