Ronald Robertson

Ronald Clayton Robertson, 67, a resident of Cleveland, Tennessee went home to be with The Lord on Wednesday, October 21, 2015. He was born on October 25, 1947 to Clayton and Dorothy Robertson. Ronald was a native Atlantan, where he lived most of his life until retirement. He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather, and was very dedicated to his family, and he considered this his greatest accomplishment. He was an avid Atlanta Braves fan and was known for loving trout fishing and hunting. He was a successful business owner and was once regarded as the most reliable automotive repair service in Atlanta. Ronald was a veteran of the Vietnam War, a member of the American Legion, and a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association.



Ronald is preceded in death by his grandparents, George and Louise Robertson, his father, George Clayton Robertson, Jr.



He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 45 years, Darlene Visage Robertson, sons, Brian (Nina) Robertson and Jeff Robertson, his cherished grandchildren, Briana Isabel Robertson, Jeffrey William Deuce Robertson, Aspen Brooke Robertson, his mother, Dorothy Robertson, his brother, Greg (Lisa) Robertson, two nieces, Michelle and Caitlin, a great-niece, Harper, as well as many, many special and beloved friends.



A visitation will be held on Monday, October 26, 2015 from 7:00pm until 8:00pm at Companion Funeral Home, located at 2419 Georgetown Road NW.



A graveside service will take place at 1:00pm in the Georgia National Cemetery, located at 1080 Veterans Cemetery Road, Canton, GA 30114, on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 with pastor Roger Walkins officiating.
