Paul "Mason" Cobble

Paul “Mason” Cobble, 18, of Georgetown, TN passed away on June 30, 2021 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on November 22, 2002 to Richard and Ginger Cobble. Mason was a 2021 graduate of Walker Valley High School. Mason loved spending his summers volunteering at the YMCA as a counselor in training. He also worked and volunteered at Community Animal Hospital as Mason's aspiration was to become a Veterinarian. He was an avid animal lover, especially when it came to his beloved German Shepherd, “Huck.” He also enjoyed his favorite hobby of culinary arts.
Mason had such a kind loving spirit and was faithful to his family, friends and God. His sense of humor, kindness, loyalty, huge heart and determination to accomplish anything he set his mind to are what made him so special.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Mary Jane and Paul R. Cobble Sr.; maternal grandfather Don Palmer; great grandmother Ilene Stooksbury.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his parents: Richard and Ginger Cobble; sister Peyton Massengill (Billy) and niece Olivia; Grandmother "Mimi" Barbara Palmer; Grandfather "Papaw" Chuck Michalovic; aunt Susan Johnston (Steve) and cousins: Will Johnston, Abby Aiello (Dave). In addition to these he leaves behind a host of extended family members and friends.

A celebration of Mason’s life will be held at 6pm on Tuesday July 6, 2021 at First Baptist Church Cleveland. His family will receive friends from 2pm until the service at 6pm. He will be laid to rest with a private family graveside service at Shiloh Memorial Cemetery in Pigeon Forge, TN.

For any donations for Mason in lieu of flower the family requests those be sent to Special Spaces of Chattanooga and Lana's Love Foundation.
