Pamela Sue Burns

Pamela Sue Burns, 59, of Ten Mile, TN went home to be with our lord and savior on Sunday, September 19th at Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. She was born on July 29, 1962 in Connellsville, PA. Pam was preceded in death by her mother Joanne VanNosdeln Ringer and her brother Mark VanNosdeln.
She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Dr. Frank Burns.
Other survivors include her father Stuart VanNosdeln (Cindy VanNosdeln) of Connellsville, PA, her brother Stuart VanNosdeln (Cathy) and seven children. Daughter, Megan Kalmanek Clinard; Son, Mark Kalmanek; Son, Patrick (Paige) Burns; Stepdaughter, Tammi (Eston) Mayberry; Stepson, Francis Patrick (Allisa) Burns; Stepdaughter, Stefanie (Abel) Gonzalez; Stepson, Travis (Sarabeth) Burns.
She was a beloved Nana to 14 grandchildren.
Pam graduated from Salem College in West Virginia and worked as a RN for many years in various healthcare settings. She enjoyed reading, cooking, doing puzzles and spending time on the lake. She was happiest while being with family and friends.
She will be deeply missed and forever in our hearts.
The visitation will take place 1:00-3:00 pm on Friday, September 24, 2021 at Companion Funeral Home in Cleveland, TN. The funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm followed by a private family burial Friday evening.
