Montez Boehmer Ellison

Montez Boehmer Ellison, 94, a resident of Cleveland, TN passed away Tuesday morning, December 11, 2018 at her home surrounded by loved ones. She was a member of North Cleveland Church of God and the Unity sunday school class. Montez enjoyed yard work and spending time with her family. She was the daughter of the late Millie Odom Boehmer and Rev. E.J. Boehmer.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Walter Ellison; son, Danny Ellison; sisters, Macon Boehmer, Thelma Hall; brothers, Flavius Boehmer Hugh Boehmer, and Grady Boehmer.
Survivors include her daughter, Diane Killian; brother Eldron Boehmer; granddaughter, Stormi Killian; grandson Levi Willis and 3 great grandchildren; sisters, Lois Sherlin, Gelene (Stanley) Tribble, and Melba Caylor. Along with numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
The family will receive friends Sunday, December 16, 2018 from 12-2pm at Companion Funeral Home: Cleveland Chapel. The celebration of life service will follow the visitation at 2pm. Rev. Mack Streun will be officiating.
Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers: Eddie Caylor, Drew Gossett, Stan Sherlin, Tyson Ratcliff, Hal Minderman, and Randy Bryant.
