Maureen Ann Flynn

Maureen Ann Flynn, 69, a loving and devoted Mother and Nana, and longtime resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Friday, January 3, 2020 after a brave and courageous battle with cancer. Maureen was a devout Catholic and was a member at St. Therese Catholic Church for many years. She was a very talented and successful car salesperson for over 35 years but was most proud of her children and grandchildren. She loved her family and devoted her life to them.
She is preceded in death by her father Gerald McDonald, Step-father Henry Aldridge, mother Agatha McDonald Aldridge and brothers Kevin, Robert, and Joseph McDonald.
Left behind to cherish her memory is her son Patrick Flynn (Rebecca); daughters Shannon van Tol (Willem), Colleen Flynn and Maureen Meredith (Sean); brother Gerald McDonald (Paula); sister Sharon Worthington; sister in law Mary Sandell (Robin); grandchildren Willem van Tol, Sean van Tol, Isabella van Tol, Meghan van Tol, Ashley van Tol, Peyton Davis, Katie Davis, Bryson Meredith, Brady Meredith, Savannah Edwards and Autumn Edwards; great-grandchild Gabriel Bompadre and many other family members.
The family will be receiving friends on Monday, January 6, 2020 from 1-2pm with Mass to celebrate her life to follow at St. Therese Catholic Church in Cleveland, TN. The interment will follow the service at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Father Mike Nolan to officiate.
