Mary Ellen Phillips

Mary Ellen Phillips, 76, of Cleveland TN and formerly of Chattanooga, passed away on August 3, 2018. She was born on October 25, 1941 to the late Dee and Zona Marie Kilgore. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Raymond H. Phillips Sr.; brother Howard Kilgore; sister Katherine Cartwright.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory three children: Raymond H. Phillips Jr. of Hixson, Jackie White (Robert) Cleveland, Jan Womack (Billy) of Chattanooga; brothers Jaydee Kilgore and Buddy Kilgore both of Hixson and Wade Kilgore of Soddy Daisy. In addition to these she leaves behind seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and numerous extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Chattanooga or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
