Loretta Sue Snowden

Loretta Sue Snowden, 74, of Cleveland, passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2020. She was of the Baptist faith and a resident of the area for over 30 years coming from Augusta, Georgia. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse for many years and was a loving caretaker. She enjoyed antiquing, going to the flea market and shopping at her whatnot store in Murphy, NC. She also loved animals. She was a loving daughter, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Marina; father, Wiley; stepmother; son, Phillip; and daughter, Amy.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter, Tamra (Tray) Parrish; sons, Gene (Samantha) Collinsworth, William (Angela) Bloomfield and Tommy Priester; sister, Jean (Dan) Carpenter; 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
