Obituary

Joseph David Sorrow Sr., 72, a resident of Pikeville, TN passed away on Saturday morning, August 2nd, 2014. David was born in Griffin, GA on April 13, 1942 a son of the late Joe and Bertha Mae Sorrow. He was an honorably discharge veteran in the United States Navy after faithfully serving his country during the Vietnam War. David was retired Pastor and Evangelist ministering through the southeast Georgia and Tennessee areas.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Gail Sorrow and several siblings.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory two sons Joe Sorrow and wife Teresa and Jimmy Sorrow and his wife Veronica all of Pikeville, TN, one daughter Kelly Fuller of Cartersville, GA, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, two sisters Linda Hand and Mary Helen Pitts of Griffin, GA, numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
