Johnny Lee Hawkins, 69, a resident of Copper Hill, TN passed away on Thursday, October 16th, 2014 at his home.

Services are planned for Monday, October 20th, 2014 at 3:00 PM at the Shady Springs Baptist Church located on Horns Creek Road in Old Fort, TN. Interment will follow in the Cookson Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Monday afternoon from 1:00 PM until the 3:00 PM service time.
