John Alexander "Alec" Macmillan

Obituary
John Alexander Macmillan “Alec,” 70 of Cleveland, TN passed away on February 8, 2015. He was born on August 10, 1944 to the late Arthur and Gertrude Macmillan. Alec worked at Walmart for many years and was a master gardener intern. He also served on the security team at Living Word Church. In addition to these, Alec was a principal in Four Streams Family Farms and Aquaponics.
In addition to his mother and father, he is preceded in death by one brother David Macmillan.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his spiritual family: Steve and Sandy Mathis, Joseph Jones, Jeremiah and April Phelps and family.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00pm on Wednesday February 11, 2015 at Living Word Church located at 950 25th Street, Cleveland, TN 37311. The family will receive friends from 3:00pm until the 4:00pm service time.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations in Alec’s memory be made to the Living Word Church Missionary Fund at the address listed above.
