Franklin Eugene Campbell

March 27, 1941 — May 16, 2021

Franklin "Frank" Eugene Campbell of Cleveland, Tennessee, returned to his heavenly
home on May 16, 2021, after a hard-fought battle with cancer. Frank's Christian faith
was an essential part of his life and his devotion and firm belief in God supported him in
his struggle and gave him peace.

Frank was born to Kenneth James and Freda Campbell in Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania,
on March 27th,1941. He grew up in the mountains of Pennsylvania and had many fond
memories of Cammal, where he and his bride, Donna, raised their family before
relocating to Florida, and later to Tennessee. Frank was a devoted husband, father and
grandfather. A kind and gentle man, he never missed an opportunity to let those around
him know how proud he was of them and how much they were loved. Frank served in
the Army Reserve as a Cook from 1960 to 1964. He worked many jobs to provide for
his family, including helping to build many beautiful exhibits at Disney World and on the
Kennedy Space Center. He had many fond memories of fly-fishing on the Pine Creek in
Pennsylvania and loved to travel to visit with friends and family. He enjoyed sharing
memories of special trips to Alaska and road-trips out west with Donna.

Frank is survived by his devoted wife, Donna; his children and their spouses, Jamie
(Tom), Tracy (Robert), Daniel (Sara) and Nathan (Sara); granddaughters, Andrea,
Amanda, Savannah and Grace; grandsons Evan, Joseph and Seth; mother-in-law
Charlotte; sisters in-law, Deb (Ron) and Jean (John), and many other loving relatives
who brought great joy to his life. He is preceded in death by his mother and father;
sisters, Francis, Doris, and Judy; father-in-law, John, and daughter Pearl. He will be
deeply missed by all who were blessed to know him, he never met a stranger he didn't
like.

A graveside service will be announced at a later time for family members and close
friends. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his name to the
Cleveland First Church of the Nazarene.
