Faye Epperson Moore

Obituary
Faye Epperson Moore, 85, a resident of Cleveland, passed away peacefully on July 18, 2015, at a local health care facility surrounded by her family.

She was the daughter of the late Henry and Matilda Hayes Epperson of Tennga, Georgia. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Jay Lake Moore, daughter Robin Moore Carter, and siblings Irene Epperson Howard, Tommie Epperson Hilliard, and Verner Epperson.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She worked for Dr. Randall Stonecipher, Charleston Hosiery Mill and Big Lots. She attended Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her son, Ronald Moore and his wife Debbie; four grandchildren, Jill Carter Price, Blake Carter, Ashley Moore Coleman , Will Moore and great grandchildren Javen Jones, Bryson Carter, Raelynn Carter, Avery Coleman, Harper Coleman and Greyson Moore. She is also survived by her brother Eddie Epperson, son in law Brent Carter, special friend Tommie Stephenson, cousin Sue Davis, sister in law Geneva Moore, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends from 4-7pm on Wednesday, July 22, 2015, followed by a celebration of life service at 7p.m. at Companion Funeral Home with Rev. Marvin Howard officiating. A private burial service will be held at Fort Hill Cemetery.

The family requests that donations be made to Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church Sign Fund, c/o Sherra Kinder, 135 Terri Lane, McDonald, TN 37353.
