Dennis Alan Goodwin

Dennis Alan Goodwin, 58, a resident of Cleveland, TN formerly of Birchwood passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at a local hospital. Dennis retired from driving a truck for Dixie Portland for many years. He was a dedicated father who loved spending time with his son Erik above all else. He was dearly loved and will be deeply missed.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Goodwin; parents, Curtis and Nancy Goodwin.
He is survived by his beloved son, Erik Goodwin; brother, Steve Millard; sisters, Sheryl Goodwin and Cindy Leroy; cousin, Frank Friddell and other extended family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 1-3pm on Sunday, March 31, 2019 at Companion Funeral Home: Cleveland. The celebration of life service will at 3pm following the visitation time. Interment will be at McInturff Cemetery in Birchwood, TN
