Deborarh J. Murphy Scroggins

Deborah J. Murphy Scroggins, 61, a resident of Georgetown, TN went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, May 5, 2019. She was a member of Gum Springs Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father Hubert Murphy, mother Beatrice Millaway Murphy, and her brother Charles Hubert Murphy.
She is survived by the love of her life, Roy Scoggins Jr.; son Adam Murphy (LaKesha) with 1st Granddaughter Kaylee Joyce on the way; brother Dewayne Murphy (Anna Lee); two sisters: Linda Cook and Alice Taylor (Dennis). She also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
The family will receive friends today May 7, 2019 at Companion Funeral Home from 5:00pm until 8:00pm. A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday May 8th at the funeral home with burial to follow at Johnston Cemetery.
