Charles Lewis Hyde

Charles Lewis Hyde, 68, a resident of Cleveland TN, passed away Sunday, October 7, 2018 at a local hospital. Charles was a dedicated mechanic who loved working on old trucks, he also operated heavy machinery working with his father. He was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Lewis and Loretta Hyde; brother, Michael Hyde.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife of 47 years, Wanda Christine Hyde; daughters, Wanda Hyde and Betsy (Robert) Bagby; grandchildren, Kayla Stewart, Josh Stewart, Emily Stewart, Brandon Bagby, Amber (Johnny) Cash, Ashley Bagby; great grandchildren, Sabastian Stewart, Brylee Smith, Autumn Cash, along with several extended family.
The family will receive friends 5-8pm on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at Companion Funeral Home: Cleveland Chapel. The celebration of life service will be held Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at 11AM. The interment will be following the service at Delano Cemetery.
Robert Bagby, Bobby Killian, Steve Hyde, Rick Hyde, Jerome Cummings, and Gary Killian will serve as pallbearers.
