Charles Donald Randolph

Charles Donald Randolph, 80, of Charleston, TN passed away on December 2, 2015. He was born on August 9, 1935 to the late Jess and Alice Randolph. He was a lifelong resident of this area. Don loved to sing, play the guitar, golf, was an avid painter, and enjoyed fishing. Above all things, however, he was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
In addition to his mother and father, he is preceded in death by one brother John Robert Randolph.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 16 years, Mary Randolph; daughters: Tonya Randolph, Sheila Bennett (Doug), and Lisa Alexander (Michael); brother Jerry Botsford (Beverly); sisters: Ruth Burnette and Ann Powers; grandchildren: Shelby Johnson, Dyess Johnson, Amerie Alexander, and Hadley Alexander. In addition to these, he leaves behind several other nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends and Gerlinda Jelenski, who was like a daughter.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday December 7, 2015 at Companion Funeral Home located at 2415 Georgetown RD NW, Cleveland, TN 37311 with Rev. Johnathan Powell officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00am until the 2:00pm service time on Monday at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service in Cookson Creek Cemetery. Dyess Johnson, Doug Bennett, Michael Alexander, Travis Hall, Leon Ledford, Bobby Ledford, and Alan Filyaw will serve as pallbearers.
