Carolyn Jo Rollins

Carolyn Jo Rollins, 78, of Cleveland, TN passed away on February 15, 2023. She was born on November 26, 1944 to the late Floyd and Alma Bedwell. Carolyn was a devoted Christian and member of the Lighthouse Church, where she served as Sunday School Teacher. She was very creative and loved decorating. Above all, she was a loving mother and she loved spending time with her family.

In addition to her mother and father, she is preceded in death by her husband Billy Joe Rollins and son Joseph Alan Talbott.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughters Felena Talbott, Amy Barker (James), Lisa Decker Kimsey; sons Robert Talbott (Sherry) and Billy Joe Rollins Jr. (Alicia); siblings: Christine Visage, Linda Vogel (Gary), Peggy Green (Steve), Dennis Bedwell (Diane), Mark Bedwell, Jan Curtis (Dale), grandchildren: Cory Talbott, Jordan Fernandez-Davilla, Eric Barker; great grandchildren Lilly Talbott, Brayden Barker, and Arizona Barker.

Carolyn’s family will receive friends on Saturday February 18th from 12pm until 3pm at the Lighthouse Church in Charleston, TN. A celebration of Carolyn’s life will be held at 3pm with Pastor Mitch Wright officiating. She will be laid to rest following the service at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Athens, TN.
