Billy Edgar Blair

Billy Edgar Blair, 85 of Ooltewah/Apison community passed away on June 14, 2019 at his home. He was born July 9, 1933 to the late Floyd and Noel Blair. He was a hard worker and loved the outdoors. He was always busy working in the hay fields, cutting wood or gardening. In his earlier years he worked shoeing horses.
Bill was preceded in death by his sons, Eddie and Michael Blair; brothers, Doyle and Willard Blair; and sister Mildred.
He leaves behind sons, Dan, Jeff and Ricky Blair; daughters, Darlene Smith and Joy Rogers; brother, Jacky Blair; sister, Sue Commons; 10 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends.
A memorial service to honor his life will be held Saturday, June 22, 2019 at 2:00PM at the Hullander Farm, located at 10944 London Lane. Apison, TN. All family and friends are welcome.
