Anna Mae Duckett Ross

Anna Mae Duckett Ross, 69, a resident of McDonald, TN passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2020 in a Cleveland, TN hospital. She was born in McMinn County on January 20, 1951 a daughter of the late Claude H. & Mary Ella Katherine Duckett. Anna was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one grandson Jonathan Messer.
Anna leaves behind to cherish her memory two daughters Bekki Samples and husband David and Georgia Ann Hindman and her husband Roger, one son John Townsend and his wife Jennifer, eight grandchildren Amber Hopton, Cody Townsend (Valerie), Garrett Samples (Katlyn), Victoria Skiba (Chase), Jacob Samples, Josh Messer, Carla Moody and Stephanie Goodine (Dennis), fourteen special great grandchildren who were the love of her life, four sisters Betty Moore (Danny), Mary Butler (Grady), Janna Young and Ella Keeton (LeRoy), one brother James Thomas Duckett (Deborah), lifelong friend and caregiver Jerry Barnes, numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
A graveside service is planned for Thursday, March 19, 2020 at 11:00 AM in the McMinn Memory Gardens with the eulogy given by her son in law David Samples. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
