Obituary
Alejandro “Alex” Rodriguez, 65, of Shattuck, OK passed away on Monday December 1, 2014. He was born on October 27, 1949 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Alex was a minister to the Seventh Day Adventist Church for many years and loved preaching the word. He was also an avid reader and loved his family dearly.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Amilia Rodriguez, one brother Tony Delgado.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 44 years, Miriam Rodriguez; children: Helen McClellan (Jonathan), Alex Rodriguez (Stacey); five grandchildren: Amanda McClellan, Chase Rodriguez, Celeste Rodriguez, Carissa Rodriguez, Cayliana Rodriguez.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00pm on Thursday December 4, 2014 at Bowman Hills Seventh Day Adventist Church located at 300 Westview Drive NE, Cleveland, TN 37311. The family will receive friends from 11:00am-12:00pm prior to the service. Interment will follow the service at Chattanooga National Cemetery and will conclude with military honors.
