Wilma J. Cunningham

Wilma J. Cunningham passed away on July 19, 2023. She was born on April 29. 1937 to the late John and Annie McGuire.

She loved traveling, especially going on cruises in the Caribbean and camping at Greasy Creek. She loved her family and had special place in her heart for special needs children. She always cared for others, putting them before herself. 

In addition to her mother and father, she is preceded in death by her husband Gene Cunningham, son Ricky Shelton, great-granddaughter Chloe Shelton, and several siblings.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her son Rocky Shelton, sisters: Betty Jo Wilson and Myrtle Womac, grandchildren: Josiah Shelton (Beth), Jessica Farless (Israel), Jared Shelton; great grandchildren: Trinity, Casen, Cailee, Ellis, and Ava.

Her family will receive friends from 5pm until 7pm on Tuesday July 25th at the Cleveland Chapel of Companion Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at 7pm with Rev. Ken Purdue officiating.
