Obituary

Willis Woodrow Rymer Jr., 58, passed away on Friday, June 6th, 2014 at 4:12 PM at Skyridge medical center in Cleveland, TN. He was an Army Veteran, a native of Polk County and a resident of McMinn County for the past 8 years.

He is survived by his wife Donna Rymer of Athens, TN, stepchildren: Ed Martin & wife Angie, Elizabeth Smith & husband Kareem, Sarah Howard & husband Stephen, Sherlin Call & wife Lisa; children: Angie Ferry & husband Thomas, Amanda Talley & husband Nathan, Greg Rymer & wife Christine, Joey Miller & wife Jennifer, three brothers A.J. "Jimmy" Rymer & wife Debbie of Decatur, TN, Rex Rymer & wife Darlene of Waverly, TN, Rev. Bobby Rymer & wife Patricia, his mother Amalee Ogle Rymer all of Reliance, TN, one sister Debbie Peels & husband Freddie of Cleveland, TN, distant sister Sue Wilcox & husband Darrell of Greesy Creek, TN, grandchildren Chelsie Martin, D.J. Smith, Maurice Smith, Kaeden Smith, Bryan Martin, Zachary Martin, Jamie Martin, Anthony Jaggers Dakota & Hunter Jones, Jessie & Jacob Call, Veronica, Samantha & Cheyanne Ferry, Aubrey & Ethan Talley, a special friend Allen Duggan & family of Etowah, TN, a friend Gladys Thurman of Decatur, TN and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father Willis Woodrow Rymer Sr. and siblings Larry & Barbara Rymer.

A graveside service is planned for Tuesday, June 10th, 2014 at 3:00 PM in the Green Hills Cemetery in Etowah, TN. There will be no visitation in honor of Willis's request.
