Willie Hagler

Willie Hagler, age 84, a resident of Madisonville, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Monday, November 11, 2024 at home. Willie was the son of the late J.D. and Mary (Lizzie) Hagler and was also preceded in death by his only sister Evelyn Hagler Ware. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Donna Griffith Hagler, his children James Hagler of Ringgold, Georgia, Karen (John) Pyott of Maple Heights, Ohio, Andy Hagler, and Dedra (Daniel) Gardner of Madisonville, his eight grandchildren Sarah Moran, Patrick Pyott, Katie Hagler, Jacob Hagler, Makenzie Gardner, Aubree Gardner, Ellie Gardner, and Kylee Gardner, two great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. A celebration of his life is planned for 7:00 pm on Thursday, November 14, 2024 in the Mack Shelton Parlor of Companion Funeral Home located at 2412 Georgetown Road in Cleveland, TN. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 14, 2024 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm prior to the service. A private family graveside will be held at a later date.
