William "Tommy" Levi, 81, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, departed this life peacefully on March 7, 2024. Tommy was a beloved father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend. His legacy will live on in those who were touched by his spirit. He was born October 8, 1942, and was the son of the late William and Dorothy Levi. Tommy was of the Baptist faith. Tommy was a self-taught guitarist who enjoyed playing tunes with his neighbors and friends. He was an avid fisherman, deer hunter, gardener and for those who knew him well an expert storyteller. Tommy enjoyed life and lived life to its fullest. He spent a great deal of his life before retiring working in construction, painting, and sheet rock hanging. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Sharon Levi, sister Joyce Hawkins, and brother Ronnie Levi. He is survived by daughter, Jessica Pino (Dan), daughter Sonya Johnson, son, Tommy Levi (Cindy), son Brian Levi (Brenda), grandchildren Chad Levi, Tabitha Gatlin, Isabella Johnson, Barrett Ashburn, John Levi, 5 great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, as well as a host of extended family, and friends of all whom he loved so much. The family would like to thank The Center for Advanced Rehab at Parkside, Willowbrook hospice care, and Memorial hospital for the care, love and compassion shown in the care he received. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Dementia Society of America. The family will hold a private memorial.
