William Joseph Stephen Ark

William Joseph Stephen Ark, a resident of Decatur, Tn went to his Heavenly reward on April 21, 2020. He was a graduate of McMinn County High School. He loved racing, horses and was a gifted mechanic. He will be greatly missed by all those that knew and loved him.
He is preceded in death by his grandfathers William Clarence Bingham and William Samuel Ark and his step father Bobby L. Matheny.
William leaves behind to cherish his memory one son Timothy E. Ark, his mother Lora Lynn Matheny, father and step mother Bill & Annie Ark, brother and his wife Joshua & Christee Ark, step brother Michael Walden, step sister Robin Lamb, grandmothers Stella Bingham and Edith Osborne, fiancée Marianna Alexander, numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
