William Crawford

William 'Michael' Crawford, 49, of Rocky Face, GA passed away peacefully on March 27, 2024. Michael was born on July 8, 1974. He is preceded in death by his father, Richard Crawford; his grandparents Carl and Katherine Crawford; Ed and Eneid Baker.

He is a graduate of Northwest Whitfield High School and Dalton State College. He worked as a welder for several years before becoming a full-time farmer in the poultry industry. He was a member of Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church. Michael was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his mother, Joy Crawford; sister, Elaine Guay (Chris), and brother, James Crawford (Erin). Five favorite nephews whom he adored: Leland Guay, Ryker Guay, Levi Crawford, Owen Crawford, and Cole Crawford. Adoring aunts: Kathy Wilson (Mike) and Bonnie Fly (Barry) along with several extended family, friends, and his dogs. 

Michael's family will receive friends from 2pm to 4pm on Saturday April 13, 2024 at Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church in Rocky Face, GA with a Memorial Service to follow at 4pm. In lieu of flowers please donate to Mount Vernon Methodist Church in Rocky Face, GA.
