William Clyde Bradford

William Clyde Bradford, 84, a resident of Dayton, TN for 30 years, Passed away Sunday Morning Jan. 7, 2018 at his home after having his family surround him Saturday Evening.

Bill was born on April 9, 1933. A son of William E. Bradford, Virgie(Tony)Freeman.
He was of the Baptist Faith and a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Dayton, TN for many years.

Bill was a Veteran of the U.S. Army with 2 years of service during the Korean War. He worked as a Electrician for 40 years at DuPont in Chattanooga, TN.

He will be remembered most For his love for God, Family and Country. He was a true patriot, a wonderful husband, loving Father, and Gramps to all his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.. see above, two sisters, Brenda Bradford, infant, and Charlotte Ellis and her husband Bob Ellis, Brother Roy Bradford, Nephew, Randy Ellis, grandchild Jeremy Hartman.

He leaves behind his wife of 30 years, Betty Bradford, Daughters, Sandra(J.R.) Gadd, Penny(Jack)Hunt, Gayle Hall, Tammy(Tim)Travis, Sons, Phillip(Kathy) Linebarger, Ricky(Brenda)Linebarger, C.G.(Maeoma)Roberts, and a Special Daughter, Sherry Kizziah. Bill had 12 grandchildren, Heather Linebarger, Aaron Linebarger, Ashley(Dustin) Driggers, Jonathon Linebarger, Jon Pilkey, Andy(Robin) Pilkey, Jesse Hartman, Tiffany Travis, Trista(Rusty)Hunter, Nikki Hall, Josh Hall and 9 great Grandchildren Addison and Ansley Driggers, Hannah, Brianna, Shawn, Troy Pilkey, Alyssa Linebarger, Jayven Hartman, William Hunter, Alexis, Kieaira and Maverick Hall. Many Nieces and Nephews, very special Niece Kathy(Mike) Gentry, Yvonne Cobb. Very Special Nephews: Gene(Debbie) Ellis, Ricky (Joyce)Ellis, Steve Ellis. Friends, church family and many other extended family members who loved him and miss his presence greatly.
Services will be held Wednesday, January 10, 2017, at 6:00 PM with a visitation prior to that from 4:30 to 6:00PM at Calvary Baptist Church: 160 Dayco Dr Dayton, TN 37321.
