William Brenchley

William David Brenchley

September 6, 1935 - October 28, 2024

William was born in Englewood, California to Reginald Brenchley and Lora May McMillan. He was the oldest of four children. He moved to Ben Lomond, California as an adult, married and had four daughters from a previous marriage, Lori Higingbotham, Carrie Peterson (Glen), Wendy Stevenson (Dave), and Kendra Trumble. Bill worked at Lockheed Missiles and Space for 35 years as a rocket technician specific to jet propulsion. He was an avid model airplane enthusiast and was a volunteer fireman at Ben Lomond for 18 years.

Bill married Donna (Roberts) in 1978, and they had a daughter, Sara Brenchley. After Bill's retirement, they moved to Cleveland, TN, where their daughter Sara and husband Will Woolfitt had relocated. Sara and Will have two sons.

Bill is survived by his wife of 46 years, four daughters, six grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and one great great grandson.

Aside from his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, sister, one daughter, and two grandsons.
