William "Bill" Tollett

William “Bill” Franklin Tollett, age 71 of Chattanooga, departed this life on June 10, 2021. Born on October 16, 1949 to the late Louie Sr. and Frankie Sue Tollett he was retired from I.A.T.S.E. local 140 and was a member of Forest Ave United Methodist Church. Bill had a green thumb and loved flowers, photography, carpentry, and nature. He worked several years at the Riverbend festival.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Neil Tollett, Sam Tollet, Jr., and Shelby Tollett.
Survivors include special friends, Connie Leming and Thomas Smith; niece, April Thomas; nephews, Doug Tollett, Shelby Tollett, Keith Tollett, as well as sister-in-law, Annette Tollett.
The family wishes to express their deep appreciation to the Hospice of Chattanooga Care Center for their compassionate care.
Private services will be held at a later date.
