Wicky Shepherd

Wicky Shepherd 66 of Tellico Plains passed away on October 24, 2017. Born & raised in Tellico Plains, TN. He owned and ran WS Motors for 25 years. He was Fire Chief for Tellico Plains Volunteer Fire Dept. and Alderman for the town of Tellico. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, racing, and working on anything with a motor. He is proceeded in death by parents Lewis & Velma Kirkland Shepherd, brothers Jerry and Joe Shepherd all of Tellico, and Lewis Shepherd of Madisonville. Survived by sisters & brothers in law: Bernice & Floyd Peels, Burmel & Dewayne Cathey of Tellico. Sisters: Shirley Stewart of Tellico, Brenda Breedlove of Etowah, Brothers & sister in law: Bill & Ruth Shepherd of Tellico, Elmo Shepherd of Etowah. Sons & Daughter in law: Michael & Dawnta Shepherd, Chris & Martha Shepherd, and Jonathan Shepherd. Grandchildren: Megan, Lukas, Madison & Makena Shepherd all of Tellico. Several Nieces and Nephews. Services are to be held Thursday October 26, 2017 at First Baptist Church of Tellico Plains. Friends and Family Services from 5 PM - 7PM. Funeral starting at 7PM. Burial Friday October 27, 2017 at 11AM at Tellico Cemetery behind First Baptist Church.
