Wanda Sue Rollins Jones (Nanny)

Wanda Sue Rollins Jones (Nanny), 76, passed away on February 4, 2017. She was born on January 12, 1941 to the late Richard and Leona Rollins. She was a 1959 graduate of Kirkman Technical High School. She was a lifelong resident of St. Elmo and a member of St. Elmo Baptist Church, now Silverdale of St. Elmo. She retired from Custom Baking Service.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Angela Jones; husband, Willis (Sonny) Jones; sister, Barbara Shirley; and brother, Randall Rollins.
She is survived by her daughter, Lynda Jones Phillips; son, William Christopher Jones; three granddaughters, Carrie Jones, Hannah Romines, and Andrea Krouse; four great-grandsons, Hayden, Landon, Logan, and Elijah, and many friends and relatives. Sue also leaves behind her longtime friend and companion Robert (Bobby) Bearden Sr.
There will be a memorial service at Silverdale of St. Elmo to celebrate Sue’s homecoming on Saturday February 25, 2017, from 12:30pm until 3:00pm. Please come and help us celebrate.
