Wanda Delores Carden Reeves, 67, passed into rest August 8, 2024, in Sweetwater, TN. She was born January 30, 1957 to the late Mary Evelyn Hickman and Charles Edward Carden and of the Baptist faith.
Wanda loved spending time with her family, friends, and helping others.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, James Edward Carden; sister Evelyn Louise Leffew; son, Samuel Reeves; and husband, Samuel Douglas Reeves.
Survived by her son, Christopher Brian Aslinger (Beverly); half-brother, Scott Carden; stepsisters, Charlene Carpenter and Linda Thoman; grandchildren, Evan Aslinger, Emma Aslinger, Courtney (Layne) Murphy, and Kaylei Peak; great-grandchildren, Katie-Grace, Julia, and Saylor.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at Companion Funeral Home, 6018 John Douglas Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37421, at 10:00 AM. Guests will have the opportunity to share fond memories of Wanda.
