Wanda Hicks

Obituary
Wanda J Hicks, 65, of Cleveland, TN passed away on Sunday October 12, 2014. She was born on February 27, 1949 to the late Dickie and Helen Hicks. Wanda was a hummingbird collector and an avid George Jones fan; above all things, she loved taking care of her nieces and nephews, and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother, Dwight Hicks. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her faithful companion James Taylor, brother and sister-in-law Doyle and Debbie Hicks, sister Shirley Woods; two nephews: Jeffery Woods and Travis Hicks, niece Paula McAdams, great nieces: Monica Woods, Madison Woods, Halen Thomas, and great-great nephew: Bentley Woods.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday October 15, 2014 at Samples Memorial Baptist Church at 7:00pm. The family will receive friends from 4:00-7:00pm on Wednesday at the church, before the service. Interment will be at Samples Memorial Cemetery on Thursday October 16, 2014 at 1:00pm.
