Wanda Clemmons

Wanda Clemmons, 70, passed away on January 18, 2024, in Chattanooga, TN.

Wanda was born on May 18, 1953 in Columbus, IN.

Wanda will be remembered as a strong, caring, and talented woman. As a single mother she raised her three children and cared for many foster children. She also volunteered as a foster grandparent for the Hamilton County School system.

Wanda worked for years as a graphic artist before starting her own sewing and alterations business. Wanda was proud to work as the seamstress for the Chattanooga Lookouts for more than 20 years through this past season.

Wanda is survived by her sons Scott Clemmons (Angela Battles) and John Clemmons (Bethany), both Chattanooga, and her daughter Rebekah Gilman, of Hixson.

To honor our mother's wishes, there will be no funeral service. We invite you to please privately celebrate her memory in your own ways.
