Vivian Davis

Vivian Sue Davis, 73 of Cleveland, Tennessee slipped into eternity on Thursday, February 15, 2024. She was born in Oliver Springs, Tennessee on September 19, 1950, to the late Cecil and Jean Davis. Vivian is a 1968 Graduate of Red Bank High School. Following High School, she graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. degree. Later She obtained her M.E.D. degree from the University of West Virginia. Vivian was involved in the Cleveland City School system for over 42 years.

In her spare time she enjoyed reading, traveling, and spending time with her evangelistic choir from Lee University. She was also involved in anything that involved University of Tennessee. Vivian was a dedicated member of First Baptist Church of Cleveland.

Along with her parents she was preceded I death by her sister, Lynn Davis Cartwright.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her brother, Donnie Davis; nephew, Tim Cartwright; niece, Tara (Robby) Barger; great nephew, Aiden Barger; her dogs; her brother-in-law, Wayne Cartwright; special cousin, Nancy Kerley; and her special friends, Charlotte Timberlake, Leighanne Sprouse, Glenda Taylor, Yvonne Richmond, and Gloria Richmond.

There are no services planned at this time per Vivian's request.

In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to be made to Cleveland Animal Shelter or Wounded Warriors in Vivian's Name.
