Virginia Lee Payne

Virginia Lee Payne, age 85 former resident of Vandalia, Ohio who relocated to Spring City, TN to be closer to her daughter in 2005, passed away on October 15, 2018.
She was born on April 17, 1933 in Corbin, KY to Mike Ray Kelsay and Grace Ann Kelsay.
Virginia is preceded in death by her parents, twin brother, a sister and another brother and a son.
She leaves behind 7 children, 18 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Virginia was a people person, loved to fish, camp and loved ceramics. Virginia was a member of Wolf Creek Baptist Church in Spring City, TN.
A celebration of her life is planned for Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 4:00 PM at the Wolf Creek Baptist Church located at 5225 Wolf Creek Road in Spring City, TN with Pastor Paul Forgey officiating. The family will receive friends on that day from 2:00 PM until the 4:00 PM at the church also.
