Virginia Faye “Tootsie” (Moses) Cranfill, 80, a lifelong resident of Decatur, TN passed away on Wednesday afternoon, February 5, 2020 at her daughter’s home. She was born in Meigs county on April 15, 1939 a daughter of the late Litton & Orgie Moses.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Johnnie Cranfill, son in law Wayne King, infant grandson Jeremy Dwight Ware, great grandson Peyton King, sister Ruth “Sis” Elder and two brothers Walter “Buddy” Moses and Bobby “Bean” Moses.
Tootise leaves behind to cherish her memory two daughters Debbie King and Dewanna Cranfill, grandson Justin “Bubba” King, granddaughter Jessica King and her companion Matthew Johnson, one sister Angie Wilford, seven brothers Jay Moses, Tom Moses, Donnie Moses, Eugene Moses, Robert Moses,, Bill “Amos” Moses and Randall Moses, special niece Annette Sneed Holappa, special great niece Christian Kincannon, several nieces, nephews, numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
A graveside service is planned for Monday, February 10, 2020 at 2:00 PM in the Mountain View Memorial Gardens in Decatur, TN with the Reverend Curtis Walden officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
