Virginia Lee Durbin, 97, a resident of Athens Tennessee but a native of Louisville Ky fell asleep in death at home surrounded by family on March 7, 2024 to await the glorious resurrection (John 5:28,29) in the Kingdom of God on Earth (Matt 6:9,10) She was baptized one of Jehovah's Witnesses in 1959.
Virginia was born on May 26,1926 preceded in death by her husband James T Durbin Sr, her son James T Durbin Jr, parents John Henry and Viola Tincher, brother John H Tincher Jr, sister Dorothy Durbin, and daughter-in-law Goldie J Crane
She is survived by her son Mark Crane, grandchildren Jason Crane, and Amanda Braswell-Greer, 4 greatgrandchildren, Maranda, Andrew, Julia, and Jackson. Sister Wanda Campbell of Foley Ala, and nieces and nephews.
No formal services are planned at this time. She is later to be interred along side her husband and son at the Military cemetery in Radcliff Kentucky at Fort Knox.
