Vincent Russell Moore

Vincent Russell Moore, 62, a resident of Knoxville, TN passed away on Friday, June 7, 2019 at Fort Sanders Medical Center. He was born in McMinn County on February 18, 1957 a son of the late Condon & Louise Moore. He was of the Baptist faith. Vincent’s favorite pastime was fishing.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother Rodney Moore, and three sisters Loretta Linder, Rebecca Jenkins and Carla Mae Moore.
Vincent leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife Tarita Moore, two sons Vinshawn Moore and Calvin Moore, six step children Tracy, Teaira, Monique, Denise, Damaries and Jake, five sisters Phyllis Johnson and husband Ivan, Uneeda Paschal and husband Perry, Drusilla Jenkins, Latricia Moore and Felica Moore, three brothers Kenneth Moore, John Linder and David Linder, several grandchildren, numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
A memorial service is planned for Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at 4:00 PM in the Athens chapel of Companion Funeral Home located at 400 S White Street in Athens, TN. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until the 4:00 PM service time.
