Vicky Sue Hall

Vicky Sue Hall, born February 13, 1954 in St. Louis, Missouri, died at age 65 at her residence in Decatur, TN on December 15, 2019.
Preceded in death by her parents, Alger and
Sue Parrott and two brothers, Dale and Richard Parrott.
Survivors are her husband of 30 years, David L Hall Sr., two sons Johnnie Palmer of Decatur, TN, Nelson and Erin Palmer of Sedgewickville, MO. One daughter, Vikkisu Palmer of Athens, TN, one step-son David L Hall Jr. of Lancaster, OH, one step-daughter, Kim Ash of South Point, OH. One brother Polly and Bonnie Parrott of Mesa, AZ, one sister Virginia and Bill Rulo of Pevely, MO, 15 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the wonderful staff and nurses of Kindred Hospice of Cleveland.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at 7:00 in the Athens Chapel of Companion Funeral Home located at 400 S. White Street in Athens, TN, with Rev. Tommy Bowling officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4:00 until the 7:00 service at the funeral home.
The family and friends will assemble at 8:30 AM on Friday, December 20, 2019 at the funeral home and go in a funeral procession to Chattanooga National Cemetery for the 10:00 graveside service.
