Ulyss Earl Teague

Ulyss Earl Teague passed away on Wednesday November 11, 2015. He was 93 years old and born and raised in Chattanooga, TN. He was a lifelong resident of Apison, TN and a son of the late Frances Marion (Bud) and Sally Rolland Teague. He was a member of Nellie Head Baptist Church in Tunnel Hill, GA. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his late wife Ruth Nations Teague; daughter Linda White, son Ronald Teague and several brothers and a sister.
Survivors include a daughter Betty Jane Exline of Titusville, FL. and a son Ricky Lee Teague (Vicki Teague) of Apison, TN. He is also survived by six grandchildren: Glenn Exline Jr., Shawn Exline, Kenneth White, Linda Aviles, Brian Teague, and Stephanie Hinds, and eleven great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday November 15, 2015 at Nellie Head Memorial Baptist Church located at 2379 Catoosa Parkway, Tunnel Hill, GA 30755 with Rev. Eddie Killian officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday November 14, 2015 from 5:00pm until 9:00pm at the church. Interment will follow the service in the church cemetery on Sunday with Keith Hinds, Kenneth White, Mike Hill, Roy Sandidge, Steve Goins, and Brian Teague serving as pallbearers.
