Tony Wilcox

Tony Wilcox, 63, of Athens, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2022. Tony was born to the late Marion and Nippie Wilcox on October 29, 1958 in Athens, Tennessee.

Along with his parents, Tony was preceded in death by his siblings, Vickie Wilcox, Linda Howard, Sue Clark, Carlos Hooper, and Billy Thompson.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife, Lisa Wilcox; his step children, Brian Robertson, Brandon Robertson, and Elissa Martin; grandchildren, Nick Robertson, Katelyn Robertson, Keith Martin, Dylan Martin, Kylee Martin
, Jr. Robertson, and Sofia Robertson; two brothers, Gary Wilcox, and Walter Wilcox; nieces, Tawana Howard, and Elaine Howard; nephews, Kevin Wilcox, and Joseph Wilcox; along with a host of extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends Sunday, March 27, 2022 from 2:00pm – 4:00pm at Companion Funeral Home of Athens.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday, March 28, 2022 at 1:00pm at Companion Funeral Home of Athens with Reverend Jerry Stephens and Pastor Keith Wilcox officiating. A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 28, 2022 at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Athens, Tennessee following the service. Serving as pallbearers will be Keith Martin, Dylan Martin, Brian Robertson, Nick Robertson, Brent Massingale, and John Martin.
