Obituary
Tommy Wayne Green, 30, of Birchwood, TN passed away on April 30th, 2014 at his home in Birchwood.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather Tommy Lee Prueitt Sr, his pap-paw Carl James Frazier and his grandmother Wilma J. Goode.
Tommy leaves behind to cherish his memory his mother and daddy Kelly & Anthony LeRoy of Birchwood, TN, one son Sean "Patrick" Lane of Hixson, TN one daughter Gabriella "Gabby" Green of Birchwood, TN, grandmother Jewell Frazier of East Ridge, TN, two sisters Tiffany (Chad) Broyles of Clearwater, FL and Traci (Hunter) Perry of Bryant, AL, one brother Michael (Skyler) LeRoy Jr., two nephews Mason and Payton LeRoy all of Hixson, one niece Lexi Broyles of Clearwater, FL and a special friend Stephanie Peterson of Birchwood, TN. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, other extended family members and a host of friends.
A celebration of his life is planned for Monday, May 5th, 2014 at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Zion New Covenant Church of God located at 358 Gamble Road NW in Georgetown, TN with Pastor Ronnie Davis officiating. Interment will follow in the McInturff Cemetery with Jimbo Boatner, William Copeland, Ricky Long, David Sherrod, Stewart Short, Michael LeRoy Jr. & Chris Bishop serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at the church on Monday from 11:00 AM until the 2:00 PM service time.
