He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Clarice Fuller; and his brothers, Lavoy Fuller, Jake Fuller and Jimmy Fuller.

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Shirley Dillard Fuller; a son, Howard Fuller of Graysville; two daughters, Kim (Tim) Kerley and Jeanella (Mike) Morgan of Dayton; a brother, Paul (June) Fuller of Sale Creek, and a sister, Vonda (Charles) Brown of Orangeburg, SC; grandchildren, Amanda Burnecki, Cassie (Chris) Corvin, Kayla Morgan, Dylan Kerley and Erik Van Daly Kerley; great grandchildren, Autumn (Brandon) Willis, Cara Kerley Hennessey, Tyler Burnecki, Parker Hennessey, Staylee Corvin, John David McKensey, and Addy Burnecki; and his great great grandchild, Wynter Willis.

He was a faithful member of the Graysville Church of God, where he served as an usher, deacon, board member, Sunday school secretary and on several outreach ministries boards. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and showing off their pictures with everyone that visited. He prayed each night for their salvation and safety. He ended each prayer with Psalm 19:14 -

"Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in thy sight O Lord, My strength and redeemer."
