Tinker David Brown

Tinker David Brown, 75, of Cleveland, TN passed away on December 6, 2015. He was born on June 3, 1940 to the late Clint Lloyd and Grace Mae Brown. David was a truck driver by trade for many years. He enjoyed camping and collecting baseball cards and was an avid sports fan and strong supporter of the Atlanta Braves.
He is preceded in death by his mother and father.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 49 years, LaReta Brown; daughter Kimberly Blevins (Roy); sons: Buckie Bynum (Terrie) of Pittsboro, NC and Clifford Bynum (DeAnna); sisters: Judy Blankenship (Charles) and Gail Hammar (Tom); grandchildren: Brice Bynum (Laura), Laura Beth Bynum, Bo Bynum, Allie Bynum, Chris Bynum (Sarah), Carly Welty (Steve), Wes Bynum, Kayla Davis, Dylan Davis, Brandon Blevins (Jessica), Mitchell Blevins, Mandy Alexander, Tonia Brigham; great grandchildren: Kaylee Blevins, Lucas Bynum, and Emma Welty. In addition to these, he leaves behind several extended family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday December 12, 2015 at Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown RD NW, Cleveland, TN 37311 with Rev. Guinn Green officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00pm until 8:00pm on Friday December 11, 2015 and from 12:00pm until the 1:00pm service time on Saturday.
